Lesson2Play is run by xImmersion LLC, a Wyoming company ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use lesson2play.com and why.

What we collect

  • Google sign-in details: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
  • Account details: your plan and how many games you have built.
  • Lesson content: the questions, words and settings you enter to build a game.
  • Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your plan and Stripe customer ID, never your card number.
  • Basic technical data: such as your IP address and browser type, kept in our hosting logs.

How we use it

To sign you in, build your games, apply your plan limits, take payment, answer your questions and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who helps us run the service

We use service providers for sign-in, hosting, our database, payments, and the voice and AI tools that create narration and 3D models for your games. They process your information only to provide their service to us. Ask us if you want the current list.

The games you build

Games you build are web pages. Games you publish are stored by us and play at their own link (lesson2play.com/g/the-name-you-chose); anyone with the link can open them. Games do not ask players for personal information and do not send player data to us. They load fonts and a 3D library from third-party servers, which can see a player's IP address.

Children

Lesson2Play is for adults: teachers, parents, schools and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Our public pages may use analytics or advertising measurement tools. If they do, we will list them here.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your account and data at any time by emailing tommy@ximmersion.dev. We keep your data while your account is open and delete it within a reasonable time after you ask, except what the law requires us to keep.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
