Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Lesson2Play (lesson2play.com), run by xImmersion LLC, a Wyoming company ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use the service only if you are an adult, or have a parent or school's permission. Give us accurate information and do not share your access with people outside your plan.

Plans and limits

Each plan includes a number of games, features and a license, as described on our pricing section. Free trials are limited to one per person. We may change plans, prices and limits with notice. Paid plans, when available, renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before the next renewal.

Your content

You own the lessons, questions and words you enter. You give us permission to store and process them, including sending them to the service providers that create narration and 3D models, only to run the service for you. You promise you have the right to use what you enter, and that it is suitable for the learners who will see it.

Our content and your license

We own Lesson2Play, its game templates, characters and tools. You get a license to use the games you build as your plan allows. Free and Starter plans are for your own teaching and sharing. Selling games, or including them in products you sell, needs the Premium plan or a schools and agencies agreement. You may not resell, copy or extract our templates or tools on their own.

What you may not do

• Upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or harmful to children.
• Abuse the free trial, for example with multiple accounts, or try to get around plan limits.
• Attack, overload or probe the service, or use it to harm others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you when we can.

Hosted games

If we host a game for you, we may take it down if it breaks these terms or someone reports it. Report a game by emailing us.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Check generated content, such as narration and answers, before you use it with learners.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
